LILY'S Dark Chocolate Style Coins

Decadent Dark Chocolate Style paired deliciously well with seasonal snacks like cranberries, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds for a crunchy hit-the-spot snack!

  • 1 package
    of LILY'S Dark Chocolate Style Baking Chips
  • 1⁄8 cup
    dried cranberries
  • 1⁄8 cup
    crushed walnuts
  • 1⁄8 cup
    of raw pumpkin seeds
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Directions

Melt chocolate in the microwave or double boiler and stir until smooth

Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper and drop dollops of melted chocolate by the tbspful.

Sprinkle each chocolate coin with equal amounts of dried cranberries, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds. Sprinkle each lightly with a pinch of sea salt.

Place in a the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until completely hardened.
