Heat oven to 350F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Stir together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt and cornstarch; set aside.
Stir together butter and sugar substitute in a large bowl. Beat in cream cheese and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, blending well.
Gradually beat in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Allow dough to sit 5 minutes.
Drop by heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets; flatten slightly.
Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until the edges are light golden brown.
Cool 2 minutes then remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 36 cookies.
