White Chocolate Coconut Bliss Bites


Curb your sweet tooth with these decadent, no-sugar-added White Chocolate Style Coconut Bliss Bites! 

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3/4 cup creamy salted peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 Lily's White Chocolate Style Baking Bar 

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

Combine the peanut butter, almond flour, and coconut flakes in a large bowl and mix well.

Roll into about 14 balls and freeze for 1 hour.

Melt 1 Lily's White Chocolate Baking Bar, and dip bites into melted chocolate.

Freeze again for 1 hour to set.  Top with extra coconut if desired.
