Single-Serve Chocolate Chia Pudding

With no refined sugar, you don't have to feel guilty about indulging in the whole bowl yourself. 



  • 1 can (1.5 cups) coconut milk 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 4 oz Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Bar 
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds 
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • A pinch of salt 



In a saucepan over medium-high heat, warm the coconut milk and Lily's chocolate, whisking frequently until melted. Add in the maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt, and heat until it starts to steam but not boil. 

Place the melted chocolate in a blender and add the chia seeds. Blend on low until combined. Repeat this process every few minutes until you obtain a pudding-like consistency. 

Top with fresh fruit, more Lily's chocolate, and anything else you'd like! Enjoy warm or let is cool to room temperature.
