Single-Serve Chocolate Brownie


The ultimate pick-me-up treat!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Lily's Sea Salt Extra Dark Chocolate Bar, or other bar of choice (melted)
  • 1 egg 
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 1-2 tbsp cold water 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F. 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 

Pour batter into a 6oz ramekin greased with coconut oil and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges begin to pull away. 

Let cool for 1 minute, insert a knife around the edges, then place a dessert plate over top and flip the ramekin over, releasing the brownie. 

Top with a scoop of your favorite ice cream and enjoy warm!
