Quest S'mores

A nostalgic treat you can savor and enjoy - no guilt or campfire required!


  • 1 Cinnamon Roll Quest bar
  • 2 Tbs Cool Whip (frozen and thawed) - I know when you think of the marshmallow you think warm and gooey but I loved it cold because it gave it that creamy texture (sub sugar-free Cool Whip for no added sugar) 
  • 6 mini squares of Lily's chocolate


Microwave your quest bar for 10 seconds and then cut your bar into 4 equal pieces. Slightly flatten each piece between parchment paper, just so they're a bit flatter like a graham cracker. Poke holes on the top to give it that affect.

Bake at 350 for about 5 minutes, and then place immediately in the freezer (this gives them a bit harder texture so it's crunchy like a cracker. After they've been in the freezer for about 20 minutes, take two of your crackers and spread cool whip on them, placing your chocolate right on top of your "marshmallow". Place the other two crackers on top to sandwich your s'mores together.
