Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Dough


Curb cravings without gluten, eggs, dairy, or refined sugar!

 

 

INGREDIENTS

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE DOUGH 

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Lily's Semi-Sweet Baking Chips

 

CHOCOLATE COOKIE DOUGH

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 4-6 Lily's Peanut Butter Cups, milk or dark, chopped

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix each dough individually in two separate bowls. 

Fold the chocolate dough into the peanut butter dough to create a swirl effect. 

Eat right away or chill for 20 minutes to thicken.
