No Sugar-Added Banana Bread Breakfast Cookies


Calling all cookies-for-breakfast lovers! These no-sugar-added Banana Bread Breakfast Cookies are a delicious, fueling start to the day.

 

INGREDEINTS

  • 2 over ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats 
  • 1 cup Lily's Milk Chocolate Style Baking Chips
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 tsp salt 

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

Mash up the two bananas and whisk in the almond butter, egg, coconut oil, vanilla, oats, Lily's Milk Chocolate Baking Chips, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Spoon the dough onto a baking sheet and slightly flatten and form into small circles.

Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
