

No-Bake Chocolate Chip Coconut Bites

Chocolate and coconut, a match made in heaven!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of almond meal
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (sub liquid stevia for no added sugar)
- 4 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Lily's 55% Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup of water
- Dash of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Measure out coconut oil and put in a bowl, you want it to melt so it is easier to mix in with the rest of the ingredients, I let ours sit by our heater for 30 minutes and that seemed to do the trick
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Making sure hands are clean roll into balls
Place on tray and pop in the fridge until hardened
