Flourless Chocolate Peanut Butter Bread


A moist and flourless chocolate peanut butter bread complete with a gorgeous peanut butter swirl and topped off with Lily's baking chips. 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 very ripe bananas 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or agave 
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted 
  • 1 1/3 cup peanut butter (no sugar, salt, or oil). Sub with almond butter, cashew butter, etc. 
  • 3/4 cup cacao powder 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 1/2 cup Lily's Baking Chips 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x5 inch baking pan with parchment paper. 

In a food processor or high speed blender, add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and process into a smooth mixture. 

Pour chocolate batter into the baking pan. Add a few tbsp of peanut butter on top and create swirls with a tooth pick in the batter. 

Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes. Let cool on a cooling rack for about 5-10 minutes before cutting. 

Serve immediately and store leftovers in an airtight container.
